1 Plaintiff in error, Harold Lee Brown, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the crime of Unlawful Sale of LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) (63 O.S.Supp. 1970 ? 465.19 [63-465.19]) in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-69-1494. Defendant was tried before a jury which found him guilty and fixed punishment at the maximum, Five (5) Years imprisonment. Judgment and sentence in accord with the verdict was imposed on October 31, 1969, and this appeal perfected therefrom.
